Significant Seyi
A personal-brand marketing site for Seyi Odebode (Significant Seyi), a corporate event host, professional emcee, and executive coach. The site showcases awards and recognition, past hosted events, three core service lines (Corporate Event MC/Host, Public Speaking Coaching, Corporate Sales Training), client testimonials, and an inquiry-based booking form, aimed at converting corporate visitors into direct event or coaching bookings.

Overview
A conversion-focused personal brand site for a corporate MC and executive coach, built to establish credibility (awards, brand logos, testimonials) and drive direct booking inquiries for event hosting and coaching services.
Technology Stack
The Problem
As a personal-brand business, credibility has to be established in the first few seconds of a visit — corporate bookers vetting an MC or coach need to see proof (past brands, awards, testimonials) before they'll fill out an inquiry form.
The Approach
Structured the page as a trust funnel: hero and brand-logo strip first, then experience stats and awards, then services, then social proof, ending in a low-friction booking form with WhatsApp and email as fallbacks for visitors who don't want to fill out a form.
The Solution
A single-page marketing site structured around credibility signals (15+ years experience, 100+ nationwide events, awards, trusted brand logos) leading into three service offerings and a direct inquiry/booking form with a WhatsApp and email fallback.
Technical Implementation
Built with Next.js and TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS, with Framer Motion for section transitions and next/image for optimized delivery across the hero, awards, and event gallery sections. Deployed on Vercel.
Results & Impact
Lessons Learned
- 1For a personal-brand site, social proof placement matters more than copy — leading with logos and awards outperforms leading with a bio
- 2Offering a booking form alongside a direct WhatsApp link reduced friction for visitors who prefer messaging over forms
What's Next
Add a dedicated case-study page per major event, and light analytics on the booking form to see which service line converts best.
